Title Sequence: Touch of Evil (1958)
Project Brief
In my first collaboration with Graphic Designer Abby Hunt, I provided clear direction on my inspiration and the desired drawing style.
Inspired by the opening one-shot of Orson Welles' Touch of Evil (1958), I chose to animate it for a screen design class project. I admired Saul Bass's title sequences from that era and shared references with Abby, deconstructing elements to streamline the animation process in After Effects.
